With 17 years of industry experience, Dave Ricks brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the world of community management. Dave began his career in Arizona by overseeing high rises including The Scottsdale Waterfront to Section 8 housing. After moving to Utah he continued his career in HOA, managing mid-rises, PUD’s, a Co-op and builder/developments. Dave has a diverse background that has shaped his unique “boots-on-the-ground” approach to management. He is dedicated to working closely with boards and vendors to ensure that every property he manages thrives and succeeds.
With 13 years of experience in the greater Salt Lake Area, Allyson Phelps is a seasoned professional in the field of community management. Specializing in managing condos, townhomes and PUD’s, Allyson has a proven track record of success in the industry. She excels in effectively communicating with homeowners and boards, ensuring that all parties are informed and engaged the the management process. Allyson’s commitment to excellence and dedication to fostering strong relationships make her a valuable asset in the world of HOA management.
